For Self Rating
The self rating instruments only need the individual to rate themselves. Order the instrument and the number of assessments you need. Mind Garden will provide you with a Web page for you to enter the name and email address of each person you wish to assess.
An email is sent to each person providing them with a form to complete their self rating. When complete, you will receive an email and the report will be available from your Web page.
Researchers can use the same Mind Garden Web assessment system but
receive a data file with item responses rather than reports.
For Multirater
How to create a multi-rater campaign using Mind Garden's new Transform system
The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) is a multirater assessment, meaning that several people rate the target individual. The MLQ report also can provide your organizational normative information in the report.
Transform is especially effective for researchers because of the complexity of multirater assessment. It provides a convenient method for receiving and integrating ratings.
To
begin, Mind Garden will provide you, the administrator, with a login to Transform for
you to enter the name and email address of each person you wish to
assess (we call them participants).
The email you send via Transform will provide a participant page for each individual to be rated. This customized page lays out the steps by which they will:
- Give names and email addresses for those individuals who will rate
them.
- Submit those raters and send them an email invitation.
- Complete their self-rating online.
- Check back to see that raters have completed the evaluation and remind them if necessary.
You as administrator also have full access to these participant pages so you can
see their raters. You may enter the rater information
yourself if you wish.
You, the administrator always have the ability to go back to Transform to check on the status of the individuals being rated.
The Email
All rating notices go from invite@mindgarden.com so you can send an email to people you are assessing to tell them to expect communication from this email address.
Expiration of Data and Web Assessments
Note: Data and unused or unrequested assessments will be retained by Mind Garden for a period of one year unless the customer contacts us via email prior to the end of that year with a request to retain it longer.
