Developing Within

Research shows that powerful leaders have a strong internal sense of who they are, where they are going, and what it will take to get there. This dimension looks at your internal makeup as a leader. Skills include:

demonstrating integrity/insisting on truth

persisting/showing resilience.

Helping Others Excel

Outstanding leaders mentor and otherwise help others succeed. This dimension examines your ability to inspire and encourage other people to attain their best. Skills include:

listening actively
encouraging with positive reinforcement
inspiring others to greatness.

Improving Critical Processes

Great leaders do what it takes to improve situations and get results. This dimension looks at your ability to recognize what needs to be done and to do it. Skills include:
